‍We, Linkco.com LLC (hereafter “Linkco”) collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages on our website or within our applications that consumers access or visit, and information volunteered by the consumer (such as survey information and/or site registrations). The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and applications, and the quality of our service, and is not shared with or sold to other organizations for commercial purposes, except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

• It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Terms of Service of the specific application, or as otherwise required by law.
  
• We transfer information about you if Linkco is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, Linkco will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

‍Information Gathering and Usage

• ‍‍When you register for any Linkco product we may ask for permission to access and collect information such as your device id, name, email address, locale, timezone, photo or avatar image, and other details that are necessary to enable our service.
• When you purchase from Linkco we may ask for information such as your billing address and credit card information. All transactions are managed through the Apple App Store. As such, this information is securely collected, passed to and managed by Apple, where it may be retained on your behalf to enable future purchases (e.g. subscription services). Linkco retains records related to the type of services you may purchase, but we do not otherwise directly retain any billing-related information (e.g. address, credit card information) about your account.  Members who sign up for the free account are not required to enter a credit card.
• Linkco uses collected information for the following general purposes: products and services provision, billing, identification and authentication, services improvement, contact, and research. Linkco does not share your personal information with third parties, unless explicitly approved by you.

‍Cookies

• ‍A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes an anonymous unique identifier, that is sent to your browser from a web site's computers and stored on your computer's hard drive.
• Cookies are not required to use the Linkco services.
• We use cookies to record current session information, but do not require permanent cookies.‍

‍Data Storage

• Linkco uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology required to run our services. Although Linkco owns the code, databases, and all rights to the Linkco applications, you retain all rights to your data.
• In order to synchronize settings across devices connected to your StudyTime account, it is necessary for Linkco to save data about the accounts and rules that you create on a 3rd party server. Such data is anonymized using application and device tokens provided by the Apple Screentime API; while we transmit and store these tokens between your devices and our servers, the tokens themselves are anonymous and do not identify specific details about individual devices or applications.
• Linkco will make reasonable efforts to keep your data private and to delete your data in a timely manner following the deletion of your account or associated rules, but you understand that the data associated with your account may reside on Linkco servers for an indeterminate period of time.

‍Disclosure

‍Linkco may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, if such data exists, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate the Terms of Service of any of our applications.

‍Changes
‍Linkco may periodically update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by posting a notice within our application, sending an app notification to your device, sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your Linkco service primary account holder account (if applicable) and/or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
